The terms, in plain English

These are the terms on which Co-Kinetic provides its services. We have kept them short and said what we mean. Where the law needs a particular form of words we have used it, and said so.

Last updated October 2026. "We" and "us" means Centor Publishing Ltd, trading as Co-Kinetic, registered in England. "You" means the clinic or practitioner using the service.

What we provide

The free AI visibility check

Free, no card, no obligation. We test your public website against four AI tools and give you the result at a private link. It is a snapshot of what those tools said on the day; they change their answers, and so will the result if you run it again later. One check per website address at a time; you can run it again after 30 days.

The Website & AI Visibility Review

A one-off purchase: a full assessment of your website and your AI visibility, written up for your clinic and delivered as a PDF by email. We aim to send it within 2 working days of your order. The price on the pricing page includes VAT. Because the assessment runs and the report is written specifically for your clinic as soon as you order, we cannot refund it once the assessment has started; if something in it is wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

The Clinical Content System

A subscription, billed every four weeks (thirteen times a year) in advance, with 30 credits per period. There is no contract and no minimum term: stop at any time and your subscription ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Credits are for use within their period and do not roll over. Content is written under your clinicians' names and published only when you have read and approved it, so you are responsible for approving what goes out under your name. If you later stop, everything you have published stays yours and stays on your website; you lose access to the system itself, including the assessment, the plan and the page inventory.

The Clinic Growth Hub

A subscription, billed every four weeks in advance, no contract, stop at any time with the same rule as above. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people on your lists and for what you send them; the platform gives you the consent, unsubscribe and deletion tools, and we honour every unsubscribe automatically. Your contacts are yours and you can export them at any time.

Co-Kinetic Sites

A clinic website generated and hosted by us, available as a bolt-on to the Clinical Content System. Its terms, including price and what happens to the site if you stop, are set out when you take it; the short version is that your content is always yours and your own domain stays yours.

Who owns what

Content we write for your clinic through the Clinical Content System is yours once it is published; you may keep it, edit it and move it. The system itself, its methods, its measurements and the way it works stay ours. The ready-made library in the Clinic Growth Hub is licensed to you for use in marketing your clinic for as long as you subscribe; please do not resell it or publish it as a product of your own. Our journal archive and our educational material remain our copyright and may be shared with patients with a credit to the source.

Clinical content is written from current research and verified references and is approved by one of your clinicians before it is published. It is education for patients, not a substitute for a consultation, and it is your clinical responsibility to make sure what is published under your name is right for your practice and your jurisdiction.

Fair use, and ours

Use the services for your own clinic. Do not try to break them, scrape them, resell them or run them for clinics that are not yours. We will keep the services running and fix problems quickly, and we will tell you in advance of planned maintenance and of any price change, which never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you are in breach and do not put it right when we ask, we may suspend or end your account.

Liability

We stand behind the quality of what we do, and we will put right anything we get wrong. We cannot promise a particular number of patients, a particular position in any search engine or AI answer, or that any third-party platform will behave as it did yesterday, and we are not liable for business losses that follow from those things. Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
